Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:
If you would like a full return, please notify us within 24 hours of purchasing. Otherwise, we will happily change the date of your tour. Requests for postponements or cancellations are mainly taken on a case-by-case basis.
If inclement weather cancels a scheduled tour, refunds or credits (for a tour on a different day) will be given.
If you reserve a Rebel Tour for one neighborhood (for instance, RiNo) but change your mind and want to go on a different one, please contact us at email@example.com. We can accommodate most requests.
